Who we are

This website is run by Productic, a business based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. For anything about your data, email nawshad@productic.io.

What we collect

When you send the enquiry form: your name, work email, company website, the service you picked and your message. We also attach how you reached the site, such as the campaign link you clicked or the site that referred you, so we know which of our marketing works.

When you accept cookies: Google Analytics records how the site is used (pages viewed, rough location, device type), and, if they are switched on, Google Ads and the Meta Pixel record that you visited and whether you sent an enquiry, so we can measure our adverts. None of these load until you choose "Accept".

Always: our hosting provider keeps short-lived technical logs, such as IP addresses, to keep the site running and secure.

Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and, if you want, to prepare a quote. This is in our legitimate interest and a step you asked for before any contract.
• To understand which pages and adverts bring enquiries. This only happens with your consent.
• To keep the site secure and working.

We don't sell your data, and we don't add you to a mailing list.

Who handles it for us

• Vercel hosts this website and runs the enquiry form.
• Resend delivers the enquiry to our inbox.
• ImprovMX and Google forward and store our email.
• Google (Analytics and Ads) and Meta (Facebook and Instagram ads), only if you accept cookies.

Some of these companies process data outside the UK and Bangladesh, under their own data-protection terms.

Cookies

We set one small record in your browser to remember your cookie choice, and one for the length of your visit to remember how you arrived. If you accept, Google and Meta set their own cookies for analytics and advertising. You can change your choice at any time with the cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to two years, or for as long as we work together and the law requires after that. Analytics data is kept for 14 months.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email nawshad@productic.io and we'll reply within a month. If you're in the UK and unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
