AI Consulting · process automation for companies
Put AI to work in your operations.
We help companies and multinationals find the processes AI can take over, automate them, and run more efficiently with less manpower.
Start with an AI Audit: £350, five days, and the fee comes off the first build
What you get from it
Three results we work towards
We agree which of these matters most, and the number that goes with it, before anything is built.
Processes that run themselves
Recurring work is handed to AI and automation, with a person approving the steps that need judgement.
The same output in less time
Work that waited in a queue for someone to pick it up gets done as it arrives.
Fewer hours and fewer hands per process
Each process needs less manpower, so your people move to work that needs them, and growth doesn't mean hiring at the same rate.
Where it applies
Processes that are usually still done by hand
Most departments have a few. None of them needs a person for every step, only for the decision at the end.
| Department | Done by hand today | What the automation does |
|---|---|---|
| Customer service | Answering routine enquiries and status requests | Drafts the reply from your own records. A person approves and sends. |
| Finance and admin | Keying invoices, forms and documents into a system | Reads the document, fills the record and flags anything that doesn't match. |
| Management | Building the weekly report from several systems | Assembles it from the sources and sends it on schedule. |
| Operations | Watching for stuck orders, failed payments and exceptions | Checks continuously and raises only the cases that need a person. |
| Sales | Researching leads and following up | Finds, drafts and tracks. A person approves each send. |
| Marketing | Writing product descriptions and catalogue content | Produces it in your brand's voice, in bulk, ready for review. |
Four rules
What makes it safe to switch on
Automation goes wrong when nobody is watching it and nobody understands it. These four rules are in every engagement.
How an engagement runs
Audit, pilot, then scale
We don't stop at a slide deck. We recommend, then we build what we recommend, starting with one process so you can judge the result before going wider.
The tools an automation runs on usually cost £40 to £150 a month for a single workflow. You pay those directly, so the accounts are yours.
Questions
What people ask before they hire us
If yours isn't here, put it in the form below and we'll answer it before you spend anything.
What does an AI consultant actually do for a company?
We find the recurring processes your people still do by hand, work out which ones AI and automation can take over, then build and run the automation. You get working systems, not a slide deck.
Will AI replace my staff?
It takes repetitive steps off them. Most companies move that time to work that needs a person, and grow without hiring at the same rate. Where a process needs fewer people, you decide what to do with that capacity.
Is it safe to let AI deal with customers?
Nothing customer-facing goes out without a person approving it at first. We agree the rules with you, and you can see and change what the automation does.
How soon is something working?
A pilot on one process is usually live two to three weeks after the AI Audit.
Do you work with large companies and multinationals?
Yes. Programmes across several departments or countries are scoped after the audit and quoted per engagement.
What we can show you
A working system, before you commit
Productic's own outreach runs on an automation we built. It finds likely companies, reviews each website, drafts an email, tracks the pipeline and watches for replies. A person approves every email before it goes.
That is the same pattern we would build for you: the machine does the legwork, a person makes the call. We'll walk you through it on a call, so you can see one working before you pay for anything.
Tell us what you need.
Pick a service and tell us a little about the job. We reply within two working days.
- A reply from the person who would lead the work
- A fixed price before anything starts
- No mailing list
- If we're the wrong fit, we'll say so
